Replacements of cutting inserts are commonly done using manual screwdrivers. Milling cutters often have a lot of cutting inserts, and the replacement work requires a long time and burdens the operators. Furthermore, each cutting insert has a recommended torque setting. However, when using manual screwdrivers, the applied torque often depends on the operator's intuition and experience, which can lead to machining defects and shortening of lifetime of cutting inserts.
